My king room with bedroom, refrigerator was wonderful and inviting. The location turned out to be marvellous. A cool bonus was nearby Selu Garden Cafe, that offered tea and coffee.

We found out decent prices in the hotel. It was a non-smoking venue that covered all our needs. The hotel had indeed a fantastic location to local restaurant. What's more, it was close to local attractions as well as casino.

The hotel here is lovely, with friendly staff, especially the manager, and they serve delicious meals.

The lack of sound-proofness of the rooms. Running/flushing water could be heard all night.

I really liked the breakfast. it was great. especially since there is not very many places that are close by and convenient to eat- except the casin0 -/

when we first checked in and went to the room- it was very evident that it was just cleaned because you could smell bleach- it would also be better if there were better curtains on the windows to help block out the morninng light

The location here is amazing, it's super close to the casino, which is perfect.

The hotel is beautiful and great with polite employees, especially the manager. The swimming pool is clean, and the location is marvelous, with many attractions nearby and close to the great Smoky Mountains.

The mattress on the bed was terrible. My husband and I couldn't sleep and we were sore the next day.

Great spot for a quick stay! The staff, especially the manager, were super friendly and polite. 🌟 They offer a wide range of breakfast options, including yummy eggs and bacon.

Proximity to the casino

Parking was already a problem, and back lot poorly lit. someone decided to park along the curb and because a bunch of motorcycles were pointed out from curb on other side made it IMPOSSIBLE to pass. Required to travel around other side and around entire hotel to get to what few spots were left just beyond where the aforementioned were illegally parked. Thank goodness there wasn't a fire--night clerk less than concerned.

The hotel is in a great location close to the casino, local attractions, and shopping area, and the room provided was exceptional with a bedroom and refrigerator.

This hotel has quickly become our top choice for lodging in Cherokee. The staff, particularly the manager, are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located in the mountains and features a clean pool. It is just a short walk to the casino and other nearby events. Also, there are plenty of excellent dining options available.
